Separation and Conversion of School
- The Victorias National High School - Estado Extension in Barangay Estado, City of Victorias, Province of Negros Occidental is separated from the Victorias National High School and converted into an independent national high school called Barangay Estado National High School. (Section 1)

Transfer of Assets and Liabilities
- All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the Victorias National High School - Estado Extension are transferred to and absorbed by the Barangay Estado National High School. (Section 2)

Appropriations
- The Secretary of Education shall immediately include the operationalization of the Barangay Estado National High School in the Department's program, with the initial funding charged against the current year's appropriations of the Victorias National High School - Estado Extension. (Section 3)
- Thereafter, the amount necessary for the continued operation of the school shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 3)

Implementation
- The Secretary of Education shall issue rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act. (Section 4)

Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette. (Section 5)
