- The Revised Election Code shall apply to this election, unless inconsistent with this Act. (Section 3)
- The ballot shall be in English and Filipino, with the proposed amendments printed on the back. (Section 4)
- The ballot shall have two questions, one for each proposed amendment, to be answered with "Yes" or "No". (Section 4)
- Election inspectors shall prepare 4 copies of the returns, with 1 in the ballot box and 3 sent to government offices. (Section 5)
- The Senate and House shall canvass the returns in a joint session within 30 days after the 3rd regular session of the 6th Congress. (Section 5)
- ₱1,000,000 is appropriated to carry out this Act. (Section 6)

REPUBLIC ACT No. 4913
AN ACT SUBMITTING TO THE FILIPINO PEOPLE FOR APPROVAL THE AMENDMENTS TO THE CONSTITUTION OF THE PHILIPPINES PROPOSED BY THE CONGRESS OF THE PHILIPPINES IN RESOLUTIONS OF BOTH HOUSES NUMBERED ONE AND THREE ADOPTED ON MARCH SIXTEEN, NINETEEN HUNDRED AND SIXTY-SEVEN
Section 1. The amendments to the Constitution of the Philippines proposed by the Congress of the Philippines in Resolutions of both Houses Numbered One and Three, Both adopted on March sixteen, nineteen hundred and sixty- seven, shall be submitted to the people for approval at the general election which shall be held on November fourteen, nineteen hundred and sixty-seven, in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
Section 2. The amendments shall be published in three consecutive issues of the Official Gazette at least twenty days prior to the election. A printed copy thereof shall be posted in a conspicuous place in every municipality, city and provincial office building and in every polling place not later than October fourteen, nineteen hundred and sixty-seven, and shall remain posted therein until after...
