AN ACT TO AMEND SECTIONS ONE AND TWO OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED NINE HUNDRED TWENTY-FOUR

REPUBLIC ACT No. 3345 AN ACT TO AMEND SECTIONS ONE AND TWO OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED NINE HUNDRED TWENTY-FOUR, STANDARDIZING THE SALARIES OF MUNICIPAL JUDGES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CLASSIFICATION OF CHARTERED CITIES AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. Section 1. Section 1 of Republic Act Numbered Nine hundred twenty-four is hereby amended to read as follows: "Sec. 1. The annual salary of each judge of the municipal courts of chartered cities shall be: "(a) Of the City of Manila, eleven thousand six hundred pesos; "(b) Of Baguio, Quezon City and Pasay City, ten thousand six hundred pesos; "(c) Of first class cities, nine thousand six hundred pesos; "(d) Of second class cities, eight thousand seven hundred sixty pesos; "(e) Of third class cities, seven thousand eight hundred pesos; "(f) Of fourth class cities, seven thousand two hundred pesos; and "(g) Of fifth class cities, six thousand six hundred pesos."
