Authorization for Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office to Hold Horse Races
- The Board of Directors of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office is authorized to hold horse races with betting on Saturday afternoons for charitable, relief, and civic purposes. (Section 1)
- Only native horses are allowed to run in these races. (Section 1)

Distribution of Proceeds
- Proceeds from the races will be distributed as follows: (Section 2)
    - Deduct prizes for horses winning first, second, and third places and their jockeys.
    - Deduct prizes for the owners of the winning horses.
    - Deduct necessary administration expenses not exceeding 10% of the gross receipts.
    - Remaining proceeds will be apportioned and distributed by the Board of Directors to:
        - Disabled veterans
        - War widows and orphans
        - Charitable, relief, and civic organizations
        - Distribution amounts and rules to be approved by the President of the Philippines.

Tax Exemption
- The racing club holding these races is exempt from paying any municipal or national tax. (Section 3)

Definition of "Horses"
- The term "horses" in this Act refers to stallions and mares. (Section 4)

Effectivity
- This Act takes effect upon its approval. (Section 5)
