II. Part-Time Physicians in Departmentalized Hospitals (Section 2)
- If a hospital is departmentalized, the chief of each clinical department working on a half-time basis shall receive a salary not more than 50% of their full-time salary.
III. Minimum Salary for Chiefs of Hospitals and Presidents of Sanitary Divisions (Section 3)
- No chief of hospital or president of a sanitary division shall receive a salary less than that of a charity clinic physician in the same locality.
IV. Repeal of Inconsistent Laws (Section 4)
- All laws, acts, or parts thereof inconsistent with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed.
V. Effectivity (Section 5)
- This Act shall take effect upon its approval (March 14, 1952).

Section 1. The annual salaries of physicians under the Department of Health shall be as hereinbelow fixed:
