AN ACT TO RECLASSIFY THE WHOLE LAND WITHIN THE ISLAND KNOWN AS RAMESAMEY/COWRIE ISLAND IN THE CITY OF PUERTO PRINCESA, PROVINCE OF PALAWAN FROM TIMBERLAND TO THAT OF ALIENABLE AND DISPOSABLE LAND
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. The land comprising the whole island known as Ramesamey/Cowrie Island situated in the City of Puerto Princesa, Province of Palawan is hereby reclassified from timberland to that of alienable and disposable land which is particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point marked "1" being N 09-18 E 11,123.29 M. from BLLM No.1, Cad-800-D Puerto Princesa City Cadastre, Palawan, thence N 51-39 W 87.19 M to point 2; N 14-43 E 13.90 M to point 3; N 66-07 E 14.68 M to point 4; N 88-26 E...

Implementation
- The Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources shall issue all necessary orders, rules, and circulars to implement the provisions of this Act. (Section 2)
Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect upon its approval. (Section 3)
