Appointing the Minister of Trade and Industry as Vice Chairman of the Philippine Sugar Commission, and Creating the Position of Deputy Chief Operating Officer

EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 1069 November 25, 1985 APPOINTING THE MINISTER OF TRADE AND INDUSTRY AS VICE CHAIRMAN OF THE PHILIPPINE SUGAR COMMISSION, AND CREATING THE POSITION OF DEPUTY CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER WHEREAS, Presidential Decree No. 1971, as amended by Presidential Decree No. 1984, provides for the composition of the Philippine Sugar Commission, wherein the Minister of Trade and Industry is one of the ex-officio members of the said Commission; WHEREAS, under Presidential Decree No. 1416, as amended the President is empowered to undertake such organizational improvements as may be appropriate in the light of changing situations and new developments; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by the Constitution, do hereby order and decree: Sec. 1.
