Case Overview and Summary
Appointment of Members to the Board of Tax Appeals- Executive Order No. 102, series of 1912, is amended to appoint the following individuals to the Board of Tax Appeals pursuant to Section 54 of Act No. 183, as amended by Act No. 2200:
• Arcadio Arellano is appointed as the Chairman.
• John R. Wilson, Tomas Arguelles, D. R. Williams, Miguel Velasco, Harold M. Pitt, and Ramon B. Genato are appointed as members.
- This order takes effect on January 1, 1913.

EXECUTIVE ORDER No. 1
Executive Order Numbered One hundred and two, series of nineteen hundred and twelve, is hereby amended to read as follows:
"pursuant to the provisions of section fifty-four of Act Numbered One hundred and eighty-three, as amended bu Act Numbered Two thousand Two hundred, I hereby appoint Arcadio Arellano, as chairman; and John R. Wilson, Tomas Arguelles, D. R. Williams. Miguel Velasco, Harold M. Pittand Ramon B. genato, as members of the Board of Tax Appeals provided for in said section fifty-four of Act Numbered One hundred and eighty-three, as amended by Act Numbered Two thousand two hundred.
"This order shall take effect January first, nineteen hundred and thirteen."
