December 28, 2020 REPUBLIC ACT NO. 11518 AN ACT APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE OPERATION OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES FROM JANUARY ONE TO DECEMBER THIRTY-ONE, TWO THOUSAND AND TWENTY-ONE SECTION 1. Appropriation of Funds. — The following sums, or so much thereof as may be necessary, are hereby appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury of the Philippines not otherwise appropriated, for the operation of the Government of the Republic of the Philippines from January one to December thirty-one, two thousand and twenty-one, except where otherwise specifically provided herein: GENERAL PROVISIONS FISCAL YEAR 2021 SECTION 2. FY 2021 Budget with Unified Accounts Code Structure. — All items of appropriations in this Act shall be given account codes by the DBM pursuant to the Unified Accounts Code Structure. This account code shall be used in the release of the appropriations in this Act for a unified accounting, auditing, and reporting of all the financial transactions of the government.
