REPUBLIC ACT NO. 11485
AN ACT CONVERTING THE GUIMBA-TALUGTUG-UMINGAN PROVINCIAL ROAD IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF GUIMBA AND TALUGTUG, ALL IN THE PROVINCE OF NUEVA ECIJA AND THE MUNICIPALITY OF UMINGAN, PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN INTO A NATIONAL ROAD AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The Guimba-Talugtug-Umingan Provincial Road, connecting the municipalities of Guimba and Talugtug in the Province of Nueva Ecija and the Municipality of Umingan in the Province of Pangasinan, is hereby converted into a national road.
SECTION 2. The technical description of the road is as follows:
ROAD LOT 1. From the Bureau of Lands Land Monument No. 1 (BLLM1) of the Municipality of Guimba, Province of Nueva Ecija thence to point marked one (1) of the road with a distance of 369.33 meters, bearing S 22º52' E, with the following lines, bearings and distances, to wit:
