Separation and Conversion of Arcelo Memorial National High School-Liloan National High School Annex

- The Arcelo Memorial National High School-Liloan National High School Annex in Barangay Poblacion, Municipality of Liloan, Province of Cebu is separated from the Arcelo Memorial National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Liloan National High School. (Section 1)

Transfer of Personnel, Assets, Liabilities, and Records
- All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the Arcelo Memorial National High School-Liloan National High School Annex are transferred to and absorbed by the Liloan National High School. (Section 2)

Funding and Operationalization
- The Secretary of Education shall immediately include the operationalization of the Liloan National High School in the Department's program. (Section 3)
- The initial funding shall be charged against the current year's appropriation of the Arcelo Memorial National High School-Liloan National High School Annex. (Section 3)
- Thereafter, the amount necessary for the continued operation of the school shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 3)

Implementation Rules and Regulations
- Within sixty (60) days after the approval of this Act, the Secretary of Education shall promulgate the rules and regulations implementing the provisions of this Act. (Section 4)

Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation. (Section 5)
