Separation and Conversion of Baguio City National High School-Hillside Annex
- The Baguio City National High School-Hillside Annex in Barangay Hillside, Baguio City is separated from the Baguio City National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as the Hillside National High School. (Section 1)

Transfer of Personnel, Assets, Liabilities, and Records
- All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the Baguio City National High School-Hillside Annex are transferred to and absorbed by the Hillside National High School. (Section 2)

Funding and Operationalization
- The Secretary of Education shall immediately include the operationalization of the Hillside National High School in the Department's program, with the initial funding charged against the current year's appropriation of the Baguio City National High School-Hillside Annex. (Section 3)
- The amount necessary for the continued operation of the school shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 3)

Implementation Rules and Regulations
- Within ninety (90) days after the approval of this Act, the Secretary of Education shall issue the rules and regulations implementing the provisions of this Act. (Section 4)

Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation. (Section 5)
