Separation and Conversion of School
- The Dulop National High School-Labangon Annex in Barangay Labangon, Municipality of Dumingag, Province of Zamboanga del Sur is separated from the Dulop National High School and converted into an independent national high school. (Section 1)
- The new school shall be known as Labangon Subanen Agricultural National High School. (Section 1)

Transfer of Resources
- All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the Dulop National High School-Labangon Annex are transferred to and absorbed by the Labangon Subanen Agricultural National High School. (Section 2)

Funding and Operationalization
- The Secretary of Education shall immediately include the operationalization of the Labangon Subanen Agricultural National High School in the Department's program. (Section 3)
- The initial funding shall be charged against the current year's appropriation of the Dulop National High School-Labangon Annex. (Section 3)
- Thereafter, the necessary amount for the continued operation of the school shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 3)

Implementation and Effectivity
- Within sixty (60) days after the approval of this Act, the Secretary of Education shall promulgate the rules and regulations implementing the provisions of this Act. (Section 4)
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation. (Section 5)
