- The existing Land Transportation Office (LTO) Extension Office in the Second District of the Province of Bohol is converted into a "Class C" LTO district office. (Section 1)
- The Secretary of Transportation shall include the operationalization of the "Class C" LTO district office in the Department's program. (Section 2)
Funding and Appropriations
- The initial funding for the "Class C" LTO district office shall be charged against the current year's appropriation of the Extension Office located in the Municipality of Talibon, Province of Bohol. (Section 2)
- Subsequent funding for the continued operation of the "Class C" LTO district office shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 2)
Effectivity
- The Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in at least two (2) newspapers of general circulation. (Section 3)

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 11789
AN ACT CONVERTING THE EXTENSION OFFICE OF THE LAND TRANSPORTATION OFFICE (LTO) IN THE SECOND DISTRICT OF THE PROVINCE OF BOHOL INTO A "CLASS C" LTO DISTRICT OFFICE AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The existing Land Transportation Office (LTO) Extension Office in the Second District of the Province of Bohol is hereby converted into a "Class C" LTO district office. aScITE
SECTION 2. The Secretary of Transportation shall include in the Department's program the operationalization of a "Class C" LTO district office in the Second District of the Province of Bohol, the initial funding of which shall be charged against the current year's appropriation of the Extension Office located in the Municipality of Talibon, Province of Bohol. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for the continued operation of the "Class C" LTO district office shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
