Conversion of Governor Celestino Gallares Memorial Hospital to Multi-Specialty Medical Complex
- The Governor Celestino Gallares Memorial Hospital in Tagbilaran City, Bohol is converted into the Governor Celestino Gallares Multi-Specialty Medical Complex (GCGMMC). (Section 1)
- The GCGMMC will comprise of: (a) the Gov. Celestino Gallares Memorial Medical Center in Tagbilaran City, and (b) the Multi-Specialty Medical Center in Cortes, Bohol. (Section 2)
- The two facilities will operate separately and be headed by their respective medical center chiefs. (Section 2)

Expansion and Staffing
- Any future increase in bed capacity, facilities, services, and human resources will be based on a hospital development plan prepared by the Department of Health (DOH). (Section 3)
- The DOH will determine the staffing pattern of the GCGMMC, subject to evaluation and approval by the Department of Budget and Management. (Section 4)
- Officials and employees will be appointed in accordance with civil service laws, rules, and regulations. (Section 4)

Funding and Implementation
- The Secretary of Health shall include the implementation of this Act in the Department's program, with funding included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 5)

Separability Clause and Repealing Clause
- If any part of this Act is held invalid or unconstitutional, the remaining parts shall remain in force and effect. (Section 6)
- Republic Act No. 11324, which increased the bed capacity of the Governor Celestino Gallares Memorial Hospital, is amended accordingly. (Section 7)
- All other laws, executive orders, issuances, rules, and regulations inconsistent with this Act are repealed or modified accordingly. (Section 7)

Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation. (Section 8)
