- The Labason Central School in Barangay Lopoc, Municipality of Labason, Province of Zamboanga del Norte is converted into an integrated school to be known as the Labason Integrated School. (Section 1)
- All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the Labason Central School are transferred to and absorbed by the Labason Integrated School. (Section 2)
Funding and Operationalization
- The Secretary of Education shall immediately include the operationalization of the Labason Integrated School in the Department's program. (Section 3)
- The funding for the Labason Integrated School shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 3)
Implementation and Effectivity
- The Secretary of Education shall issue the necessary rules and regulations to carry out the provisions of this Act within ninety (90) days after its effectivity. (Section 4)
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation. (Section 5)

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 11626
AN ACT CONVERTING THE LABASON CENTRAL SCHOOL IN BARANGAY LOPOC, MUNICIPALITY OF LABASON, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE INTO AN INTEGRATED SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE LABASON INTEGRATED SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The Labason Central School in Barangay Lopoc, Municipality of Labason, Province of Zamboanga del Norte is hereby converted into an integrated school to be known as the Labason Integrated School.
SECTION 2. All personnel, assets, liabilities and records of the Labason Central School are hereby transferred to and absorbed by the Labason Integrated School.
SECTION 3. The Secretary of Education shall immediately include in the Department's program the operationalization of the Labason Integrated School, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
