Separation and Conversion of School
- The Lydia D. Martinez Memorial High School-Sugod Senior High School Extension in Barangay Sugod, Bacon District, Sorsogon City, Sorsogon Province is separated from the Lydia D. Martinez Memorial High School and converted into an independent senior high school called Sugod Senior High School. (Section 1)

Transfer of Personnel, Assets, Liabilities, and Records
- All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the Lydia D. Martinez Memorial High School-Sugod Senior High School Extension are transferred to and absorbed by the Sugod Senior High School. (Section 2)

Funding and Operationalization
- The Secretary of Education shall immediately include the operationalization of the Sugod Senior High School in the Department's program, with the initial funding charged against the current year's appropriation of the Lydia D. Martinez Memorial High School-Sugod Senior High School Extension. (Section 3)
- Thereafter, the necessary amount for the continued operation of the school shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 3)

Implementation Rules and Regulations
- Within sixty (60) days after the approval of this Act, the Secretary of Education shall promulgate the rules and regulations implementing the provisions of this Act. (Section 4)

Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation. (Section 5)
