Summary of Republic Act No. 11658Separation and Conversion of Malinao High School-Pinamulaan Annex
- The Malinao High School-Pinamulaan Annex in Barangay Pinamulaan, Municipality of Banisilan, Province of Cotabato is separated from the Malinao High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Pinamulaan National High School. (Section 1)
- All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the Malinao High School-Pinamulaan Annex are transferred to and absorbed by the Pinamulaan National High School. (Section 2)
Funding and Operationalization
- The Secretary of Education shall immediately include the operationalization of the Pinamulaan National High School in the Department's program, with the initial funding charged against the current year's appropriation of the Malinao High School-Pinamulaan Annex. (Section 3)
- The amount necessary for the continued operation of the school shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 3)
Implementation
- Within sixty (60) days after the approval of this Act, the Secretary of Education shall promulgate the rules and regulations implementing the provisions of this Act. (Section 4)
Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation. (Section 5)

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 11658
AN ACT SEPARATING THE MALINAO HIGH SCHOOL-PINAMULAAN ANNEX IN BARANGAY PINAMULAAN, MUNICIPALITY OF BANISILAN, PROVINCE OF COTABATO FROM THE MALINAO HIGH SCHOOL, CONVERTING IT INTO AN INDEPENDENT NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS PINAMULAAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The Malinao High School-Pinamulaan Annex in Barangay Pinamulaan, Municipality of Banisilan, Province of Cotabato is hereby separated from the Malinao High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Pinamulaan National High School.
