Separation and Conversion of Naneng National High School-Mosimos Extension
- The Naneng National High School-Mosimos Extension in Barangay Dupag, City of Tabuk, Province of Kalinga is separated from the Naneng National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Dupag National High School. (Section 1)

Transfer of Personnel, Assets, Liabilities, and Records
- All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the Naneng National High School-Mosimos Extension are transferred to and absorbed by the Dupag National High School. (Section 2)

Funding and Operationalization
- The Secretary of Education shall immediately include the operationalization of the Dupag National High School in the Department's program, with the initial funding charged against the current year's appropriation of the Naneng National High School-Mosimos Extension. (Section 3)
- Thereafter, the amount necessary for the continued operation of the school shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 3)

Implementation Rules and Regulations
- Within ninety (90) days from the approval of this Act, the Secretary of Education shall issue the rules and regulations implementing the provisions of this Act. (Section 4)

Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation. (Section 5)
