Conversion of Oriental Mindoro Central District Hospital to Provincial Hospital
- The Oriental Mindoro Central District Hospital in Pinamalayan, Oriental Mindoro is converted into a provincial hospital called the Oriental Mindoro Provincial Hospital (OMPH). (Section 1)

Increase in Bed Capacity
- The authorized bed capacity of OMPH is increased from 25 to 150 beds. (Section 2)
- Any future increase in bed capacity shall be based on a hospital development plan prepared by the Chief of Hospital and submitted to the Department of Health (DOH). (Section 2)

Upgrading of Services and Facilities
- The existing professional health care services and facilities of OMPH shall be upgraded to conform with the increase in bed capacity. (Section 3)

Increase in Workforce
- The existing workforce of OMPH, including doctors, nurses, and support personnel, shall be increased correspondingly. (Section 4)

Funding and Appropriations
- The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro shall provide funds for the maintenance, operating expenses, and additional human resource complement of OMPH. (Section 5)
- The DOH shall include in its subsidy program support for the capital outlay requirements of OMPH. (Section 6)

Separability Clause
- If any provision of the Act is declared unconstitutional, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. (Section 7)

Repealing Clause
- All laws, executive orders, issuances, rules, and regulations inconsistent with the Act are repealed or modified accordingly. (Section 8)

Effectivity
- The Act shall take effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette or a newspaper of general circulation. (Section 9)
