- The Parañaque National High School-Marcelo Green Annex in Barangay Marcelo Green, Parañaque City, Metro Manila is separated from the Parañaque National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as the Marcelo Green National High School. (Section 1)
Transfer of Personnel, Assets, Liabilities, and Records
- All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the Parañaque National High School-Marcelo Green Annex are transferred to and absorbed by the Marcelo Green National High School. (Section 2)
Operationalization and Funding
- The Secretary of Education shall immediately include the operationalization of the Marcelo Green National High School in the Department's program. (Section 3)
- The initial funding shall be charged against the current year's appropriation of the Parañaque National High School-Marcelo Green Annex. (Section 3)
- Thereafter, the amount necessary for the continued operation of the school shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 3)
Implementation Rules and Regulations
- Within sixty (60) days after the approval of this Act, the Secretary of Education shall promulgate the rules and regulations implementing the provisions of this Act. (Section 4)
Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation. (Section 5)

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 11710
AN ACT SEPARATING THE PARAÑAQUE NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL-MARCELO GREEN ANNEX IN BARANGAY MARCELO GREEN, PARAÑAQUE CITY, METRO MANILA FROM THE PARAÑAQUE NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, CONVERTING IT INTO AN INDEPENDENT NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE MARCELO GREEN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The Parañaque National High School-Marcelo Green Annex in Barangay Marcelo Green, Parañaque City, Metro Manila is hereby separated from the Parañaque National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as the Marcelo Green National High School.
SECTION 2. All personnel, assets, liabilities and records of the Parañaque National High School-Marcelo Green Annex are hereby transferred to and absorbed by the Marcelo Green National High School.
SECTION 3.
