Conversion of Siocon National High School to National Science High School
- The Siocon National High School in Barangay Poblacion, Municipality of Siocon, Province of Zamboanga del Norte is converted into a national science high school to be known as Siocon National Science High School. (Section 1)

Transfer of Personnel, Assets, Liabilities, and Records
- All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the Siocon National High School are transferred to and absorbed by the Siocon National Science High School. (Section 2)

Funding and Operationalization
- The Secretary of Education shall immediately include the operationalization of the Siocon National Science High School in the Department's program, with the initial funding charged against the current year's appropriation of the Siocon National High School. (Section 3)
- Thereafter, the amount necessary for the continued operation of the school shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 3)

Implementation Rules and Regulations
- Within sixty (60) days after the approval of this Act, the Secretary of Education shall formulate the rules and regulations implementing the provisions of this Act. (Section 4)

Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation. (Section 5)
