Functions of the Committee
- The Committee shall meet at the call of the Chairman. (Section 2)
- The Committee may create sub-committees as necessary for discharging its functions. (Section 2)
- The Committee is authorized to call upon any government department, bureau, office, agency, or instrumentality, including government-owned or controlled corporations, for assistance in discharging its duties and functions. (Section 3)
