- The Committee may create sub-committees as necessary. (Section 2)
- The Committee is authorized to call upon any government department, bureau, office, agency, or instrumentality, including government-owned or controlled corporations, for assistance in discharging its duties and functions. (Section 3)

CREATING A NATIONAL COMMITTEE TO TAKE CHARGE OF THE CELEBRATION OF PHILIPPINE INDEPENDENCE DAY ON JUNE 12, 1981
Pursuant to the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby create a national committee to take charge of the celebration of Philippine Independence Day on June 12, 1981.
The Committee shall be composed of the following:
