CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING, WHICH STANDS ON TWO (2) PARCELS OF LAND, LOCATED ALONG EDSA, MUNOZ, QUEZON CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748
Pursuant to the powers vested in me, under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, or the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution No. 11-066 (s. 2011) and Resolution No. 15-240 (s. 2015), and Resolution No. 15-181 (s. 2015) of the PEZA Board of Directors, as an Information Technology (IT) Center, to be known as the Jackman Plaza I.T. - President Benigno S. Aquino III creates and designates a building as an IT Center, known as the Jackman Plaza I.T. Center.

- Gross floor area: Fifteen Thousand Three Hundred Twenty-Two square meters and Twenty-Five square decimeters (15,322.25), more or less.
- Stands on two (2) parcels of land located along EDSA, Munoz, Quezon City.
- Aggregate area of the two parcels: Two Thousand Two Hundred Forty-Nine square meters and Thirty square decimeters (2,249.30), more or less.
Technical Description of the Parcels

- Area: One Thousand Four Hundred Ninety-Nine square meters and Fifty square decimeters (1,499.50), more or less.
