Summary of Presidential Decree No. 1335Creation of Barangay Talon Dos
- Section 1: The subdivisions BF Resort, Sta. Cecilio, Sarino, Mother Earth, Camela and San Beda in Barangay Talon, Las Piñas, Metro Manila are detached from Barangay Talon to form the new and independent Barangay Talon Dos.
- Section 2: Except as provided, all laws applicable to regular barangays shall apply to Barangay Talon Dos.
Transition of Officials and Property
- Section 3: The current elected barangay officials of Barangay Talon shall continue their duties in Barangay Talon Dos until new officials are appointed by the President. The appointed officials shall serve until successors are elected in the next regular barangay elections, unless removed earlier by the President. Necessary appointive officers and employees shall be appointed as provided by existing laws.
- Section 4: Upon the decree's effectivity, the proportionate share of Barangay Talon Dos in the obligations, funds, assets and other property of Barangay Talon shall be transferred by the President upon the recommendation of the Commission on Audit.
Repealing Clause and Effectivity
- Section 5: All laws, executive orders or regulations inconsistent with this decree are repealed or modified accordingly.
- Section 6: This decree shall take effect immediately.

PRESIDENTIAL DECREE No. 1335
CREATING BARANGAY TALON DOS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LAS PIÑAS, METRO MANILA
WHEREAS, the basic objective of government is to accelerate the pace of socio-economic development throughout the country;
WHEREAS, the government has engaged in intensified development projects geared towards the upliftment of the socio-economic well-being of our people;
WHEREAS, in the execution of said governmental projects, close supervision by local officials is a necessity so as to at least approximate a certain degree of achievement which will contribute to a large extent towards the political, social and economic upliftment of the residents of the localities involved;
WHEREAS, it has been the steady desire of the inhabitants of the area affected to create the proposed barangay so as to effectivity attain the goals of the New Society throughout the land;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers in me vested by the Constitution, do hereby order and decree, as part of the law of the land, the...
