Creation of the Office of Deputy Minister of National Defense for Police Matters
- Creates the Office of Deputy Minister of National Defense for Police Matters within the Ministry of National Defense. (Section 1)
- The Deputy Minister shall be appointed by the President and shall assist the Minister of National Defense in the supervision of all police forces in the country. (Section 2)
- The Deputy Minister shall have the rank, emoluments, allowances and privileges of an Undersecretary. (Section 3)
- All laws, orders, rules and regulations or parts thereof inconsistent with this Executive Order are hereby repealed or modified accordingly. (Section 4)
- This Executive Order shall take effect immediately. (Section 5)
