Creating the Office of Muslim Affairs and Cultural Communities

- Establishes the Office of Muslim Affairs and Cultural Communities under the Office of the President.
- The Office shall be headed by a Director who shall be appointed by the President.
- The Office shall have the following functions and responsibilities:
    - Formulate plans, programs and strategies for the development and advancement of Muslim Filipinos and cultural communities. (Section 1)
    - Coordinate and monitor the implementation of policies, programs and projects for Muslim Filipinos and cultural communities. (Section 1)
    - Serve as a feedback mechanism on the needs and grievances of Muslim Filipinos and cultural communities. (Section 1)
    - Undertake studies and researches on the problems and issues affecting Muslim Filipinos and cultural communities. (Section 1)
    - Recommend measures to address the problems and issues affecting Muslim Filipinos and cultural communities. (Section 1)
    - Perform such other functions as may be directed by the President. (Section 1)
- The Office shall be provided with funds, personnel and other resources necessary for its effective operation. (Section 2)
