Ownership and Administrative Jurisdiction
- The Dalahican Port Zone is placed under the ownership and administrative jurisdiction of the Philippine Ports Authority. (Section 2)
- The Philippine Ports Authority shall implement a program for the proper zoning, planning, development, and utilization of the port pursuant to PD 857 as amended, consistent with the regional industrial plans of the Government.
Repealing Clause
- All other orders, proclamations, and issuances, or portions thereof, which are inconsistent with this Executive Order, are hereby repealed or modified accordingly. (Section 3)
Effectivity
- This Executive Order shall take effect immediately. (Section 4)

EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 199 September 20, 1994
DECLARING AND DELINEATING THE DALAHICAN PORT ZONE UNDER THE ADMINISTRATIVE JURISDICTION OF THE PHILIPPINE PORTS AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the Port of Dalahican is a vital link to the islands of Marinduque, Southern Mindoro and Romblon;
WHEREAS, there is a need to delineate the Port of Dalahican for planning purposes to accommodate projected increases in port traffic and to program the development of the necessary port facilities to support the demands of the shipping trade within the region;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby order:
Sec. 1. The territorial jurisdiction of the Port of Dalahican is hereby delineated and particularly described as follows:
"Beginning at point marked 1 located at S 364'W, 1318.72 M. from BM No. 9 CAD 112 LUCENA CADASTRE to CORNER No. 1, thence to point 2 at a distance of 117.24 m with bearing N 6223'E, thence to point 3 at a distance of 166.29 m with...
