Summary of Executive Order No. 200Delineation and Declaration of Ormoc Port Zone
- The territorial jurisdiction of the Port of Ormoc in Ormoc City, Leyte is delineated and established with specific boundaries and coordinates. (Section 1)
- The total area of the Ormoc Port Zone is THREE HUNDRED FIFTY THREE THOUSAND NINETY TWO SQUARE METERS (353,092.00), more or less. (Section 1)
Administrative Jurisdiction of Philippine Ports Authority (PPA)
- The Ormoc Port Zone is placed under the administrative jurisdiction of the PPA. (Section 2)
- The PPA shall implement a program for the proper zoning, planning, development, and utilization of the port, consistent with the regional industrial plans of the government. (Section 2)
Repeal and Separability Clauses
- All issuances, orders, rules, and regulations inconsistent with this Order are repealed, amended, or modified accordingly. (Section 3)
- If any provision of this Order is declared invalid or unconstitutional, the other provisions not affected shall remain valid and subsisting. (Section 4)
Effectivity
- This Order shall take effect immediately upon publication in a newspaper of general circulation. (Section 5)

BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES
EXECUTIVE ORDER No. 200
DECLARING AND DELINEATING THE ORMOC PORT ZONE AND PLACING IT UNDER THE ADMINISTRATIVE JURISDICTION OF THE PHILIPPINE PORTS AUTHORITY (PPA)
WHEREAS, PPA is mandated to establish, develop, regulate, manage and operate a rationalized national port system in support of trade and national development;
WHEREAS, the delineation and declaration of port zones under PPA aims to redirect and reorganize port administration for the full development of port districts; and
WHEREAS, there is a need to define the Port Zone of Ormoc for the planning, development, financing and operation of said Port, with the objective of promoting development through the dispersal of industries and commercial activities throughout the different regions.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby order:
