MALACAÑAN PALACEMANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES EXECUTIVE ORDER No. 112 DECLARING AND DELINEATING THE SINDANGAN PORT ZONE AND PLACING IT UNDER THE ADMINISTRATIVE JURISDICTION OF THE PHILIPPINE PORTS AUTHORITY (PPA) WHEREAS, the Port of Sindangan in Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte is one of the major and busiest ports in the country; and WHEREAS, there is a need to define the Port Zone of Sindangan for the planning and development of the necessary port facilities thereat to support the demands of shipping trade within the region. NOW, THEREFORE, I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby order: SECTION 1. Port of Sindangan. The territorial jurisdiction of the Port of Sindangan situated in the Municipality of Sindangan, Province of Zamboanga del Norte, is hereby delineated and established, particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point marked 1 on the plan, being N. 27 deg. 36' W., 2,305.36 m. from ZGN No. 3, NAMRIA, thence: S.71 deg.20'E.,500.00 m.to point 2; S.32 deg.50'W.,1,200.00 m.to...
