Declaring Special (Non-Working) Days
- April 7, 2007 (Saturday) is declared a special (non-working) day throughout the country. (Section 1)
    - This is to give people the opportunity to observe the Holy Week and its traditions.
- November 2, 2007 (Friday) is declared a special (non-working) day throughout the country. (Section 1)
    - This is to give people more time to observe All Saint's Day.
- December 24, 2007 (Monday) is declared a special (non-working) day throughout the country. (Section 1)
    - This is to enable people to have a more meaningful observance of Christmas and strengthen ties with one another.

Declaring Working Day and Non-Working Holiday
- June 12, 2007 (Tuesday) is declared a working day throughout the country. (Section 2)
    - All activities and celebrations in observance of 'Independence Day' shall remain to be observed on this day.
- June 11, 2007 (Monday) is declared a non-working holiday throughout the country. (Section 2)
