DECLARING APRIL 7, 2007 (SATURDAY), NOVEMBER 2, 2007 (FRIDAY) AND DECEMBER 24, 2007 (MONDAY), AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAYS, DECLARING JUNE 12, 2007 (TUESDAY), AS WORKING DAY WHILE AUTHORIZING JUNE 11, 2007 (MONDAY) AS A NON-WORKING HOLIDAY, THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY
WHEREAS, April 7, 2007 (Saturday) which falls between Good Friday and Eater Sunday, may be declared as a special (non-working) day to give our people the full and uninterrupted opportunity to ponder on the significance of the Holy Week and to properly observe its traditions with religious fervor, without prejudice to public interest;
WHEREAS, June 11, 2007 (Monday) may be declared as a non-working holiday while June 12, 2007 (Tuesday) may be declared a working day provided that all activities and celebrations in observance of 'Independence Day' shall remain to be observed on June 12, 2007;
WHEREAS, November 2, 2007 (Friday) may also be declared as a special (non-working) day to give our people more time to observe All Saint's Day; and
