PROCLAMATION No. 142
DECLARING FRIDAY, 10 FEBRUARY 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF LAOAG
WHEREAS, Friday, 10 February 2017, marks the celebration of the Pamulinawen Festival and the "Laoag City Day" on Friday, 10 February 2017;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Laoag be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by the authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 10 February 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Laoag.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
Done in the City of Manila, this 24th day of January, in the year of our Lord, Two Thousand and Seventeen
