PROCLAMATION No. 1157
DECLARING MONDAY, 16 NOVEMBER 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF OCCIDENTAL MINDORO
WHEREAS, the Province of Occidental Mindoro marks the celebration of its 65th Founding Anniversary on 15 November 2015;
WHEREAS, to enable the people of the Province of Occidental Mindoro to celebrate the occasion, the Office of the Governor requested that Monday, 16 November 2015, be declared as a special (non-working) day instead of 15 November 2015, which falls on a Sunday;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Occidental Mindoro be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Monday, 16 November 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Occidental Mindoro.
