MALACAÑANGManila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION No. 1170 DECLARING MONDAY, 7 DECEMBER 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF VIRAC, PROVINCE OF CATANDUANES WHEREAS, the Municipality of Virac, Catanduanes marks the celebration of the “Kaaldawan nin Virac” on Monday, 7 December 2015; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Virac, Catanduanes be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Monday, 7 December 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Virac, Catanduanes.
