Summary of Executive Order No. 1065

Declaring the Bureau of Post as a Critical Service Agency
- The Bureau of Post is declared as a critical service agency of the government. (Section 1)

Restructuring the Salaries of Postal Workers and Employees
- The salaries of postal workers and employees shall be restructured to provide them with adequate compensation. (Section 2)
- The restructured salaries shall be implemented within a period of three (3) years from the effectivity of this Executive Order. (Section 2)
- The restructured salaries shall be determined by the Office of Compensation and Position Classification in coordination with the Bureau of Post and the Ministry of the Budget. (Section 2)
