DECLARING THE PROVISIONS OF ACT NO. 4054, KNOWN AS "THE PHILIPPINE RICE SHARE TENANCY ACT," AS AMENDED BY COMMONWEALTH ACT NO. 178, TO BE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF SANTIAGO, ECHAGUE, ANGADANAN, CAUAYAN, GAMU, ANTATET, AND TUMAUINI, PROVINCE OF ISABELA.
For the purpose of preventing serious controversies arising as a result of conflicting interpretations of the terms of verbal contracts and other agreements affecting the relationship between landlords and tenants in the rice-producing lands in the municipalities of Santiago, Echague, Angadanan, Cauayan, Gamu, Antatet, and Tumauini, Province of Isabela, I, Manuel L. Quezon, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers in me vested by law, and upon recommendation of the Secretary of Labor, do hereby declare the provisions of Act Numbered Four thousand and fifty-four, otherwise known as "The Philippine Rice Share Tenancy Act," as amended by Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and seventy-eight, to be in full force and effect from and after the date...

- The President of the Philippines, Manuel L. Quezon, declares the provisions of Act No. 4054, known as "The Philippine Rice Share Tenancy Act," as amended by Commonwealth Act No. 178, to be in full force and effect in the municipalities of Santiago, Echague, Angadanan, Cauayan, Gamu, Antatet, and Tumauini, Province of Isabela.
