DECLARING THURSDAY, 8 SEPTEMBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LOON, PROVINCE OF BOHOL
WHEREAS, on Thursday, 8 September 2016, the Municipality of Loon, Bohol marks the celebration of the Sidlakasilak Festival;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Loon, Bohol be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 8 September 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Loon, Province of Bohol.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
