PROCLAMATION No. 64

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 26 OCTOBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF CATANDUANES

WHEREAS, Wednesday, 26 October 2016, marks the celebration of the Foundation Anniversary of the Province of Catanduanes;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Catanduanes be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 26 October 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Catanduanes.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
