Summary of Republic Act No. 11816Establishment of a District Office of the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
- A district office of the LTO shall be established in the Municipality of Aliaga, Province of Nueva Ecija, to be known as the Aliaga Land Transportation District Office. (Section 1)
- The Secretary of Transportation shall include the operationalization of the LTO district office in the Department's program. (Section 2)
- The funding for the LTO district office shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 2)
Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation. (Section 3)

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 11816
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A DISTRICT OFFICE OF THE LAND TRANSPORTATION OFFICE (LTO) IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ALIAGA, PROVINCE OF NUEVA ECIJA, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established a district office of the Land Transportation Office (LTO) in the Municipality of Aliaga, Province of Nueva Ecija to be known as the Aliaga Land Transportation District Office.
SECTION 2. The Secretary of Transportation shall immediately include in the Department's program the operationalization of the LTO district office in the Municipality of Aliaga, Province of Nueva Ecija, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.

Lapsed into law on June 2, 2022 without the signature of the President, in accordance with Article VI, Section 27 (1) of the Constitution.
