- A District Office of the Land Transportation Office (LTO) is established in the Municipality of Enrique B. Magalona in the Province of Negros Occidental. (Section 1)
Operationalization and Funding
- The Secretary of the Department of Transportation shall immediately include the operationalization of the LTO District Office in the Municipality of Enrique B. Magalona in the Department's program. (Section 2)
- The funding for the LTO District Office shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 2)
Effectivity
- The Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation. (Section 3)

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 11749
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A DISTRICT OFFICE OF THE LAND TRANSPORTATION OFFICE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ENRIQUE B. MAGALONA IN THE PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There is hereby established a District Office of the Land Transportation Office (LTO) to be located in the Municipality of Enrique B. Magalona in the Province of Negros Occidental.
SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Department of Transportation shall immediately include in the Department's program the operationalization of the LTO District Office in the Municipality of Enrique B. Magalona in the Province of Negros Occidental, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
