- A district office of the Land Transportation Office (LTO) shall be established in the Municipality of Liloan, Province of Cebu. (Section 1)
Operationalization and Funding
- The Secretary of the Department of Transportation (DOTr) shall include the operationalization of the LTO District Office in Liloan, Cebu in the Department's programs. (Section 2)
- The funding for the LTO District Office shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 2)
Implementation Rules and Regulations
- The Secretary of the DOTr shall issue the necessary rules and regulations for the effective implementation of this Act. (Section 3)
Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation. (Section 4)

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 11741
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A DISTRICT OFFICE OF THE LAND TRANSPORTATION OFFICE (LTO) IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LILOAN, PROVINCE OF CEBU AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be a district office of the Land Transportation Office (LTO) to be located in the Municipality of Liloan, Province of Cebu.
SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Department of Transportation (DOTr) shall immediately include in the Department's programs the operationalization of the LTO District Office in the Municipality of Liloan, Province of Cebu, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SECTION 3. The Secretary of the DOTr shall issue the rules and regulations necessary for the effective implementation of this Act.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
