Summary of Republic Act No. 11739Establishment of LTFRB District Office
- A regular district office of the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) shall be established in the City of Bacoor, Province of Cavite. (Section 1)
- This office will be under the supervision of the LTFRB.
Funding and Operationalization
- The Secretary of Transportation shall include the operationalization of the LTFRB Regular District Office in Bacoor, Cavite in the Department's program. (Section 2)
- The funding for this office shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in two (2) newspapers of general circulation. (Section 3)

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 11739
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A REGULAR DISTRICT OFFICE OF THE LAND TRANSPORTATION FRANCHISING AND REGULATORY BOARD (LTFRB) IN THE CITY OF BACOOR, PROVINCE OF CAVITE AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB), a regular district office of the LTFRB in the City of Bacoor, Province of Cavite.
SECTION 2. The Secretary of Transportation shall immediately include in the Department's program the operationalization of the LTFRB Regular District Office in the City of Bacoor, Province of Cavite, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in two (2) newspapers of general circulation.
