Establishment of Extension Office
- An extension office of the Regional Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board is established in Puerto Princesa City, Province of Palawan. (Section 1)
- This extension office will be under the supervision of the Regional Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board Region IV. (Section 1)

Assistance and Guidelines
- The Regional Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board Region IV is authorized to assist in the establishment and maintenance of facilities and equipment necessary to implement the law. (Section 2)
- The Regional Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board Region IV shall formulate operating guidelines as recommended by the Department of Transportation for proper implementation of rules and regulations governing public land transportation services in Palawan. (Section 2)
- The City Government of Puerto Princesa and the Provincial Government of Palawan shall coordinate with the Regional Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board Regional Office in this regard. (Section 2)

Funding
- The Secretary of Transportation shall include in the Department's program the funding requirements for the establishment and operationalization of the extension office. (Section 3)

Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation. (Section 4)
