ESTABLISHING AS FUYOT SPRING NATIONAL PARK FOR THE BENEFIT AND ENJOYMENT OF THE PEOPLE OF THE PHILIPPINES THE PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ILAGAN, PROVINCE OF ISABELA, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce, and pursuant to the provisions of section one of Act Numbered Thirty-nine hundred and fifteen, entitled "An Act providing for the establishment of national parks, declaring such parks as game refuges, and for other purposes," I, Manuel L. Quezon, President of the Philippines, hereby reserve for park purposes for the benefit and enjoyment of the people of the Philippines and withdraw from sale, settlement, or other dispositions, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain situated in the municipality of Ilagan Province of Isabela, Island of Luzon, and described in the Bureau of Forestry map No. N.P.-26, to wit:

Summary of Proclamation No. 327

Establishment of Fuyot Spring National Park
- Establishes the "Fuyot Spring National Park" in the municipality of Ilagan, province of Isabela, Island of Luzon, for the benefit and enjoyment of the people of the Philippines.
- Reserves and withdraws from sale, settlement, or other dispositions the parcel of public domain land described in the Bureau of Forestry map No. N.P.-26, subject to private rights, if any.
- Provides a detailed technical description of the boundaries and corners of the land parcel, with coordinates, tree markings, and an approximate area of 819 hectares.
- The national park shall remain under the administration of the Bureau of Forestry, subject to the general executive control and supervision of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce.
- Signed by President Manuel L. Quezon on October 8, 1938, pursuant to the provisions of section one of Act Numbered Thirty-nine hundred and fifteen, entitled "An Act providing for the establishment of national parks, declaring such parks as game refuges, and for other purposes."
