ESTABLISHING AS MARINDUQUE FOREST RESERVE FOR FOREST PRODUCTION AND TIMBER PRODUCTION, PARCELS OF PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF BOAC, BUENAVISTA, GASAN MOGPOG, SANTA CRUZ, AND TORRIJOS, PROVINCE OF MARINDUQUE, ISLAND OF MARINDUQUE.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce, and pursuant to the provisions of section eighteen hundred and twenty-six of Act Numbered Twenty-seven hundred and eleven, known as the Revised Administrative Code, I, Manuel L. Quezon, President of the Philippines, hereby establish for forest protection and timber production the "Marinduque Forest Reserve" and place it under the administration and control of the Bureau of Forestry, which shall have authority to regulate the use and occupancy of this reserve and the cutting, collection, and removal of timber and other forest products therein accordance with the Forest Law and Regulations.
I, therefore, withdraw from entry, sale, or settlement, and hereby declare and proclaim to be the Marinduque Forest Reserve, subject to private rights, if any there be,...

Establishment of Marinduque Forest Reserve
- The Marinduque Forest Reserve is established for forest protection and timber production, covering parcels of public domain in the municipalities of Boac, Buenavista, Gasan, Mogpog, Santa Cruz, and Torrijos, Province of Marinduque, Island of Marinduque. (Section 1)
- The reserve is placed under the administration and control of the Bureau of Forestry, which has the authority to regulate its use, occupancy, and the cutting, collection, and removal of timber and other forest products in accordance with the Forest Law and Regulations. (Section 1)
Description of the Reserve
- The reserve is divided into several blocks, with detailed descriptions of the boundaries and corners of each block provided in the proclamation, including the coordinates, tree markers, and approximate areas. (Sections 2-18)
- The total area of all the timberland blocks under the various projects is approximately 19,023.0 hectares. (Section 19)
Withdrawal from Entry, Sale, or Settlement
- The parcels of public domain covered by the reserve are withdrawn from entry, sale, or settlement, subject to private rights, if any. (Section 1)
