ESTABLISHING AS MAYON VOLCANO NATIONAL PARK FOR THE BENEFIT AND ENJOYMENT OF THE PEOPLE OF THE PHILIPPINES THE PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF ALBAY, CAMALIG, GUINOBATAN, LIBOG, LIGAO, MALILIPOT, AND TABACO, PROVINCE OF ALBAY, ISLAND OF LUZON, AND REVOKING FOR THIS PURPOSE PROCLAMATION NO. 341, SERIES OF 1930.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce, I, Manuel L. Quezon, President of the Philippines, hereby revoke the Proclamation Numbered Three hundred and forty-one, dated October twenty-fourth, nineteen hundred and thirty, reserving a parcel of land situated in the Province of Albay, as a forest reserve known as "Mayon Volcano Forest Reserve," and pursuant to the provisions of section one of Act Numbered Thirty-nine hundred and fifteen, entitled "An Act providing for the establishment of national parks, declaring such parks as game refuges, and for other purposes," I hereby establish for park purposes for the benefit and enjoyment of the people of the Philippines and withdraw from sale, settlement,...
