ESTABLISHING AS MOUNT ISAROG NATIONAL PARK FOR THE BENEFIT AND ENJOYMENT OF THE PEOPLE OF THE PHILIPPINES THE PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF NAGA, CALABANGA, TINAMBAC, GOA, TIGAON AND PILI, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR, ISLAND OF LUZON, AND REVOKING FOR THIS PURPOSE PROCLAMATION NO. 840, SERIES OF 1935.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce, I, MANUEL L. QUEZON, President of the Philippines, hereby, revoke Proclamation Numbered Eight hundred and forty, dated August seventeenth, nineteen hundred and thirty-five, reserving a parcel of land situated in the Province of Camarines Sur, as forest reserve, known as "Mount Isarog Forest Reserve," and pursuant to the provisions of section one of Act Numbered Thirty-nine hundred and fifteen entitled "An Act providing for the establishment of national parks, declaring such parks as game refuges, and for other purposes," I hereby establish for park purposes for the benefit and enjoyment of the people of the Philippines and withdraw from sale, settlement, or other...
