MALACAÑANG PALACEManila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES Proclamation No. 295 ESTABLISHING AS TIBIANG-DOMAGONDONG WATERSHED FOREST RESERVE FOR FOREST PROTECTION AND TIMBER PRODUCTION THE PARCEL OF PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GUINAYANGAN, PROVINCE OF TAYABAS, ISLAND OF LUZON. Upon the recommendation of the Director of Forestry, approved by the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce, and pursuant to the provisions of section eighteen hundred and twenty-six of Act Numbered Twenty-seven and eleven, known as the Revised Administrative Code 1, I Manuel L. Quezon, President of the Philippines, hereby reserve for forest protection and timber production, and withdraw from entry, sale, or settlement, subject to private rights if any there be, the following parcel of land situated in the municipality of Guinayangan, province of Tayabas, Island of Luzon, and described in Bureau of Forestry map No. F. R.-81, to wit: Beginning at corner 1 on Bureau of Forestry map No. F. R.-81, a pili tree, 40 cm. in diameter, marked F. Z. 1950/ 43, identical to the southeast corner of 1714, which is N. 43°...
