Establishment of Liloan Children's Hospital
- A children's hospital shall be established in the Municipality of Liloan, Province of Cebu, to be known as the Liloan Children's Hospital (LCH). (Section 1)
- The LCH shall be under the direct control and supervision of the Provincial Government of Cebu. (Section 1)

Services Offered
- The hospital shall specialize in the following services: (Section 2)
    - Children's health care services from prenatal to pediatrics care
    - Nutrition counselling services
    - Immunization
    - Training classes on children's health for parents

Hospital Development Plan
- Any future increase in bed capacity, health care facilities, service capability, and human resource complement shall be based on the hospital development plan. (Section 3)
- The hospital development plan shall be prepared by the Chief of Hospital of the LCH, in consultation with the Department of Health (DOH). (Section 3)

Funding
- The Provincial Government of Cebu shall provide the necessary funds for the establishment of the LCH. (Section 4)
- The Secretary of Health shall include in the Department's subsidy program, support for the capital outlay requirements of the LCH. (Section 4)

Repealing Clause
- All laws, executive orders, issuances, rules and regulations inconsistent with this Act are hereby repealed or modified accordingly. (Section 5)

Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation. (Section 6)
